Gm. Holley founded the system and i inherited the System and association, And have been promoting tong hap Kwan hapkido system and Dojunim founded Tong Hap Kwan Hoshinsul with a lot of similarities to thk hapkido. And it’s formatting and operation/curriculum. Because we are so similar in system s and techniques. I’ve decided to make some changes in Tong Hap Kwan Hapkido System/Association.

we have the Legacy curriculum as well as a bi lingual curriculum using English as well as Korean language format throughout the tong hap Kwan hapkido system and association. Legacy State Representatives can still teach the American only Legacy Curriculum and they may switch over to the new curriculum .while also allowing those that want to learn the Korean terminology associated with a more traditional side of learning and training.

Tong Hap Kwan Hapkido System and Association will now share both language terminology and definitions. As well as future certificates moving forward will share bi lingual writing for the new Curriculum.And will share the Instructors signature as well as Kwan Jang Nim signature.

The Legacy Instructors will be able to teach the original American Legacy curriculum and their Ranks and those of their students will be registered as Legacy Ranks.

Adopting the Original curriculum for Lifetime Instructors as well as the new bi lingual Curriculum will allow for better Worldwide Growth for the Association.

I feel these small changes will make big differences for the Tong Hap Kwan Hapkido System/Association.

we will continue to use our merchandise and patches, and I will simply have a Tong Hap Kwan Hapkido bilingual patches made up to cover those that want to practice a more traditional way.

 Our Legacy curriculum Honors the previous students and instructors their current rank.

This is a positive Growth and will see that Tong Hap Kwan Hapkido System/Association into the future for Generations.
