System to Honor Grandmaster Joseph Truncale as he Pioneered police defensive tactics throughout this Country. Look up Gm. Truncale and his successor Soke Fernan Vargas to get a better knowledge of the above system.

This also allows Tong Hap Kwan Hapkido system/Association to run separately as Tong hap Kwan hapkido is set up to have multiple hapkido schools/instructors teaching Strictly Tong Hap Kwan Hapkido Curriculum. More geared for martial arts and achieved belt Ranking through training.
