Tong Hap Kwan Hapkido allows many different practitioners from Various Styles/Systems to join us and Achieve Rank by following Our Curriculum you have a chance to Study and Train get Graded and Ranked. This System doesn't produce robots but fosters Individual FREEDOM in each CHARTER SCHOOL
